Lens is a Carl Zeiss Sonnar 150mm f/4 (s/n 6356458), a short telephoto/portrait lens, not the standard 80mm. The ‘film back’ is the detachable magazine on the rear that holds the film; yours looks complete. Kept in a brown leather bag.
